Can you believe that 2010 is already here!? What a difference a year makes! The real estate market is predicted to be very active for the first quarter of the new year as qualified buyers take advantage of record low interest rates & price stability. I strongly believe that there are some excellent opportunities for us to consider here on Vancouver Island.

I am looking forward to an amazing 2010 here on the island, as we welcome the world to Vancouver for the Olympics.We are lucky enough to live in one of the most beautiful and safe regions on earth and I am excited to share that experience with Olympic athletes & visitors.
