Vancouver Island

713 single family homes sold. Average price $382,816 (up 9% 12 months to date, this year over last.) 48 waterfront homes sold, 72 lots sold & 242 condos sold. Single family unit sales volume is up 22%. Average days on market has decreased by 15% to 56 days. The average condo sells for $251,151. Condo unit sales are up 40%, 12 months to date. Condos have seen an 11% decrease in days on market. Average days to sell is 84 days. Lot sales volume is up by 20%. Lot prices have increased by 4%, 12 months to date. Average lot sale price is $151,847. Most active region: Nanaimo (204 properties sold); Highest average price: Parksville/Qualicum ($488,883). FULL REPORT HERE.

Victoria

585 single family homes sold. Avg. price $685,113 (up 16% from 12 months to date, this year over last.) 24 waterfront homes sold, 30 residential lots sold & 424 condos sold. Single family unit sales volume is up 40%. Average days on market has decreased by 30% to 34 days.The average condo sells for $399,401. Condo unit sales are up 49% 12 months to date. Condos have seen a 31% decrease in days on market. Average days to sell is 44 days. Residential lot sales volume is up by 97%. Lot prices have increased by 28%, 12 months to date. Nanaimo

204 single family homes sold. Average price $418,634 (up 9% 12 months to date, this year over last). 9 waterfront homes sold, 16 lots sold & 90 condos sold. Single family unit sales volume is up 19%. Average days on market has decreased by 18% to 37 days. The average condo sells for $256,490. Condo unit sales are up 32%, 12 months to date. Condos have seen a 25% decrease in days on market. Average days to sell is 56 days. Lot sales volume is down by 3%. Lot prices have not changed, 12 months to date. Average lot sale price is $167,221. Average days on market has decreased by 14% to 45 days. The average condo sells for $293,492. Condo unit sales are up 28% 12 months to date. Condos have seen a 26% decrease in days on market. Average days to sell is 53 days. Lot sales volume is up by 113%. Lot prices have decreased by 7%, 12 months to date. Average lot sale price is $185,082. 134 single family homes sold. Average price $380,324 (up 9% 12 months to date, this year over last). 8 waterfront homes sold, 11 lots sold & 35 condos sold. Single family unit sales volume is up 24%. Average days on market has decreased by 26% to 54 days. The average condo sells for $228,091. Condo unit sales are up 39%, 12 months to date. Condos have seen a 32% decrease in days on market. Average days to sell is 76 days. Lot sales volume is up by 12%. Lot prices have increased by 16%, 12 months to date. Average lot sale price is $138,996. Average days on market has decreased by 19% to 84 days. The average condo sells for $218,921. Condo unit sales are up 91%, 12 months to date. Condos have seen a 9% decrease in days on market. Average days to sell is 176 days. Lot sales volume is up by 37%. Lot prices have decreased by 5%, 12 months to date. Average lot sale price is $97,456.
